Everything runs through your personal link and your app.
Course finder
Your interested people answer a few questions in the browser about interest, prior knowledge and time, without an app and without signing up. You see the answers and suggest a suitable course offer from your own list. It is a selection from your offer and not a professional assessment.
Follow-up check after the course
After the course, the follow-up check helps you clarify how to continue: whether someone wants to stay on, which format fits and which time is possible. You send yourself and only where you are allowed to write.
Course offer placeholders without prices
Twenty placeholders for your course offers, without prices. You fill in title, location, date, scope and conditions yourself and state the total price in your own sign-up.
Text templates for sign-up and reminder
Templates for sign-up, reminder and waiting list. You adapt them and send them yourself; TAVIROO does not send anything for you.
Trial lesson and early-bird offer
Templates for a trial lesson and for an early-bird offer. You record the period and conditions yourself and state the total price; the template deliberately leaves room for your real details.
Feedback and follow-up sequence
A template for feedback after the course and a follow-up sequence “reminder, thanks, offer”. You send yourself and only where you are allowed to write.

This page describes the planned scope of functions; points marked “Coming soon” are not yet available, and changes before launch are possible. Status
Where TAVIROO stands.
TAVIROO is in preparation. The app is not yet available in the App Store or on Google Play; we will announce a date here as soon as it is fixed. The Local Courses & Classes starter pack is prepared as a beta: it is fully compiled but is still being tested and may change; it will be delivered with the app. It is planned for iPhone, iPad and Android, in five languages (German, English, Spanish, French, Italian); Turkish and Russian are added as beta. The demo shows a sample questionnaire with invented data.

Is this a shop?
No. TAVIROO does not sell anything and does not accept sign-ups or payments. There is no shopping cart and no partner link. You arrange sign-up and payment yourself with your participants.
Who sees my clients’ data?
You do. Answers are encrypted in your client’s browser and only become readable again on your device. Our server passes them on encrypted only and deletes them after collection, after 14 days at the latest. Customer cards and notes stay on your device.
What does TAVIROO cost?
Pro costs €14.90 as a monthly plan or €149 as a yearly plan, each incl. VAT, with a 14-day free trial. The prices apply from launch in the App Store and on Google Play; you will see the binding final price and the term in the store before you buy. The subscription renews unless you cancel it in the store beforehand.
When will the app be available?
The app is in preparation and will appear in the App Store and on Google Play; we will name a date here as soon as it is fixed.
May I use TAVIROO with my company?
Your institution or provider decides that. Read the guidelines on tools and course offers before you use TAVIROO. TAVIROO is independent and not connected to any course platform.
May I ask for health details in the questionnaire?
For movement and relaxation courses: the questionnaire is not a place for health details. Such details belong in a personal conversation. TAVIROO does not assess any health condition and does not replace medical advice.
What does the Local Courses & Classes starter pack contain?
